Bill Richardson, who has been talked about as a possible VP candidate for John Kerry, has inked a deal to author “Richardson’s Rules” (click for story). Richardson, who has been a four time Nobel Peace Price nominee, is bringing this to light at a very intereting time. While John Kerry markets a few ideas about running mates, Richardson’s name comes up more times than not. He would have to give up his Governorship of New Mexico, but isn’t the Vice Presidency worth it?
